Come on ladies! That's a battle wound! Old Tom would have burnt the end of Mom's sewing needle and that splinter would have been used to kindle the fireplace in no time! If you were lucky, a scar to tell the whole story! Love, Your Bro, Joe
You know, it is a mark of a true blogging addict to take a picture of the non-life-threatening wound prior to heading out to the hospital for medical treatment. ;)
When our first baby was placed in my arms I knew there was no place I wanted to be other than home with him every day. Twenty five years, and five more babies later, (six children, now ages 27-7), I still feel the same. I can’t imagine a more challenging, fulfilling, rewarding “job” than being a mom. It truly is a vocation, and I feel blessed beyond measure. See more in About Me tab at top of page.
