Cool! My kids get a new Christmas book on St. Nick's Day.

Nicely done! I had to work this morning so I missed the reaction. However, I did get a very excited phone call about books, apples and earrings!

Love it! We celebrated, too, and I thought my 2 yr old was going to explode from the excitement!! A few cute little things, but she's just excited that "Sain' Kick-less" brought her candy jewelry:) They're so sweet easy to please when they're so little - I love that. I've been really enjoying seeing and hearing about the holiday traditions in your home - they're so similar to ours(maybe because we're also Catholic??) so it's fun to see similar traditions and to learn about new traditions!

My father is from Holland and we used to celebrate Sint-Nicolaas when we were kids. I never thought to pass that tradition on!

I was a nanny in Germany a few years ago and the family I lived with did this. It was very cute and so much fun!
