There were two words in there that really caught my eye...they shall train up their future children...."enabled, or warped". I pray that we are blessing our children with enabled and not warped.
I love this, Sarah. I truly believe the family, and the home they create together, is the true basic unit in society. Raise good kids, they'll raise good kids.. Etc. Our efforts are not in vain.
When our first baby was placed in my arms I knew there was no place I wanted to be other than home with him every day. Twenty five years, and five more babies later, (six children, now ages 27-7), I still feel the same. I can’t imagine a more challenging, fulfilling, rewarding “job” than being a mom. It truly is a vocation, and I feel blessed beyond measure. See more in About Me tab at top of page.
