2 of my boys just told me how they are uncomfortable in school because "there isn't enough noise like there is at home". We too have 6 kids and boy almighty are we a loud family. I used to feel horrible about it but no matter what I do I just can't seem to quiet it down. Apparently the kids are used to, and now more comfortable that way? I guess our loud crazines is their calm contentment. These babies teach me something new every single day.
When our first baby was placed in my arms I knew there was no place I wanted to be other than home with him every day. Twenty five years, and five more babies later, (six children, now ages 27-7), I still feel the same. I can’t imagine a more challenging, fulfilling, rewarding “job” than being a mom. It truly is a vocation, and I feel blessed beyond measure. See more in About Me tab at top of page.
