Favorite Smoothie Recipe

Here is my smoothie recipe that I make every day.  I don't measure I just estimate.

2 ripe bananas

1 cup frozen fruit usually frozen berries, but any frozen fruit will do

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup any 100% juice, I use cranberry or a cranberry blend mostly

1 heaping tsp of good peanut, cashew, or almond butter

1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen (the health benefits are vast and I've notice a huge difference in joint pain and hair growth and stronger nails)

Sometimes I will also add some canned crushed pineapple.  I'm always experimenting and it's always good!

The blender I use and love my Vitamix.  It's a basic model and pricey but it works amazing and I use it every day, and never regretted this purchase!  I think I went through about 5 cheap blenders before I decided to go for it.
